How We Help People

GHI focuses its efforts on individual needs of the world's neediest peoples. Specifically in the areas in which it is headquartered, GHI seeks to make a difference in the lives of "motel families," needy families struggling to stay out of the spiral of homelessness, and individuals at the brink of homelessness.

We partner with area agencies in California and New Hampshire specifically to meet these needs. Such responses can include the provision of food, clothing and hygiene as well as emergency transportation for those needing medical attention.

The goal is to provide long-term case-by-case care from initial crisis intervention to the point of self-sufficiency. GHI intends to specialize in the restoration of needy individuals toward their full participation as productive citizens.
