Domestic Projects

Giving Hope International operates on the domestic level to provide programs and assistance to local beneficiaries. With warehouses in both Buena Park, CA and Nashua, New Hampshire, GHI is able to serve the needs of diverse communities by developing resource centers, implementing group homes, and giving aid.

Similar to work at the international level, GHI's relief efforts in the United States are facilitated by numerous partnerships, which enable GHI to effectively reach out to many individuals and communities that are in dire need of various types of aid.

An essential component of Giving Hope International is the missionary store, which is adjacent to the Buena Park, CA warehouse. The missionary store is stocked with donated supplies, including men, women's, and children's hygiene items, non-perishable food products, and over-the-counter medications, which are vital to organizations servicing needy communities and individuals locally and/or globally.

In line with GHI's strong commitment to utilizing teamwork to influence change and bring hope, the missionary store provides the aforementioned goods to other non-profits, churches, and missionaries so that they may better serve their target communities. Every month, more organizations discover the missionary store and come to find a variety of OTC medications or hygiene products necessary to continue humanitarian work in their chosen fields.

Programs:

Recently, Giving Hope International partnered with Giving Children Hope to send a truckload of relief supplies to hurricane victims in Baton Rouge, LA. Working with partner church Vineyard Christian Fellowship-Baton Rouge, GHI provided donated goods to be distributed among evacuees temporarily residing in the church shelter. Among the relief supplies was a grill cooker to facilitate the establishment of a feeding center. The truck, which left the Buena Park warehouse on October 10th, also included several cartons of water, non-perishable food items, new clothing, toys, diapers and diaper bags, and hygiene products.
