Giving Hope International's mission is to provide critical support to organizations and churches working internationally. Assistance to organizations operating abroad, including GHI sister organization Global Operations and Development / Giving Children Hope, is provided through the provision of products and medicines that are distributed to under resourced orphanages, hospitals, and schools across Asia, Africa, and South and Central America.

Giving Hope International strongly believes that these numerous partnerships are crucial to the establishment and implementation of internationally operated relief and development programs. It is through these vital alliances with organizations that share in GHI's commitment to international relief service that essential aid, ranging from immediate relief to long term development, reaches communities in need.

The Missionary Store, located near GHI's Buena Park, CA warehouse and stocked with men's, women's, and children's hygiene items, non-perishable food supplies, and over-the-counter medication, provides essential goods to non-profits, churches, and missionaries working abroad, facilitating the implementation of their globally focused projects in countries ranging from Mexico, to Kenya, to Korea.

Boxes of medicines and supplies are sent to partner organizations that have a need for various goods. An organization working in Cambodia had a need for lice shampoo and lice treatments that were provided by GHI, while a team heading to Ethiopia and Sudan obtained eight boxes of analgesics, antacids, and vitamins. These are just two of many examples of the vital work GHI provides to those doing international humanitarian work.
